Justin has been a professional in hair design since 2001. Early in his career he apprenticed and trained in a prominent central Pennsylvania salon where he focused on dimensional and corrective hair color techniques. Justin is a Goldwell certified color specialist, former educator and looks forward to sharing his knowledge of hair design and creative flair with all of you. He enjoys being part of a creative team and is thrilled to continue his career with the staff of Prevail.
