Booking Policy
At Prevail Salon we understand that sometimes "life" happens and appointments need to be changed. We would just appreciate at least 24 hours notice of any changes to your scheduled appointment. Appointments canceled without 24 hours notification will be required to book any future appointments with a credit card. If future appointments are missed without proper notice the credit card will be charged 50% of the scheduled appointment cost.
Any guest that is more than 10 minutes late may be required to reschedule that appointment.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
UPDATE:
If you are planning on making a drastic change in color, please call in to the salon to schedule your appointment rather than book online. We want to make sure each stylist has ample time to complete your new look!
